EEV 0539 Certification Preparation and Customer Support
Prerequisites: EEV 0531, EEV 0533, EEV 0534 and EEV 0536. This course is designed to prepare students for the A+ Microcomputer Repair Certification and the Novell NetWare Administrator Certification exams. Further more, the course will prepare students in written, oral, and non-verbal communication skills needed for microcomputer support.
