FSS 0253 Food Preparation Worker II
Prerequisite: FSS 0252. This second introductory course expands students' basic knowledge and skills as food preparation workers by developing personal productivity skills and safe and sanitary practices. Students utilize basic recipes, apply nutrition principles, prepare basic food and beverage items and practice front-of-the-house skills. Students will develop skills as cooks, waiters and waitresses.
