Vocational Certificate Program

This program has two occupational completion points. The first is designed to prepare students for job entry as a real estate sales agent and the second is required to obtain a broker’s license. Topics include principles, practices, license law and brokerage operations. Note that students must complete a work experience requirement and have an active sales license before enrolling in the second part of this program. Students that have already met the experience requirement and have an active sales license may enroll in REE 0041. For more information, call 381-3466.
