CCJ 2230 Criminal Evidence and Procedure — 3 Credit Hours
This course consists of the study and examination of the criminal rules of evidence - kinds, degrees, admissibility, competence and weight - specifically as they affect the law enforcement officer in the processes of arrest, force, search, seizure, preservation, custody, testimony and courtroom procedures.
