CGS 2820 Web Site Design and Development — 4 Credit Hours
Prerequisite: CGS 2555 or HTML experience. This course is designed as a first course for Webmasters, Web directors and Web developers. The Internet and World Wide Web are introduced and explored. Web site design and development tools such as Dream Weaver, Flash and Director will be discussed or demonstrated. Hands-on activities in this course include Web site design, Web site development, Web site publishing, Web site management, and Web site security using FrontPage software and PaintShop Pro software. Four contact hours: three lecture hours; one laboratory hour. A.S., A.A.S.
