College Credit Course Description: PLA 2880

PLA 2880 Constitutional Law — 3 Credit Hours
Prerequisites: PLA 1003 and PLA 1104. This course is designed to give an overview of the interpretation of the constitutional articles and amendments. Students will explore the three branches of government and the interpretation of the articles that created them and control their functioning. The course will also examine the rights of individuals in society, the changes in society that impact individual rights and the Supreme Court decisions interpreting individual rights. Three contact hours. A.S., A.A.S.
