Database operations are important to almost every company and organization today. Electronic commerce is heavily involved with attaching databases to websites. The Oracle Certified Database Administrator certificate program prepares students for job entry in database fields including database administration and database consulting. Students learn skills necessary for database design, development and maintenance of comprehensive relational databases for corporations and organizations.

The Oracle Certified Database Administrator program provides a foundation for persons preparing for various certification examinations in the database field. An internship allows work experience in database technologies.
