Insurance Customer Service Representative (5727)

Workforce Credit Certificate Program

This state-approved program leads to licensure as a customer service representative in the insurance field. Successful completion of the course and final exam enables the student to obtain their license by-passing the state exam normally required. The program consists of 40 hours of classroom instruction in property, automobile, workers’ compensation, health and all forms of property and liability insurance concepts.
