Customer Assistance Technology (5619)
The program prepares students for employment
in customer care service positions. The content includes the development
of interpersonal, communications, conflict resolution, leadership,
decision-making, problem-solving, supervisory, and employability
skills; diversity awareness; telephone techniques; and technical
applications in the customer care environment.
