|
Earn your wings with this excellent curriculum which includes flight training through a local FAA-approved flight school. The Professional Pilot program is for those who want to complete an A.S. degree and begin a rewarding career in aviation. This program provides the successfull student with the required knowledge, skills, abilities, and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certificates needed to start a career as a civilian pilot or flight instructor. Students completing this degree earn a commercial pilot certificate with airplan single-engine land and instrument airplane ratings. Additionally, student either add a multi-engine land rating on that pilot certificate or earn their flight instructor certificate with single-engine rating. Note: Students may receive college credit for previous ground school courses or currently held FAA certificates.
