  Workforce Certificate
  Facials Specialty (5711)
   
  A SELECTIVE ADMISSION PROGRAM. This program is for those students seeking certification in esthetics. A certificate of completion enables students to qualify for state licensure in this specialty area. This program includes classroom theory, laboratory practice, and requires daily attendance. This program is offered during the evening hours. Classes are scheduled Monday through Thursday, 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. at North Campus. For information call 904.766.5559.

  Application Procedures:
This is a selective access program that admits students in the fall, spring and summer terms. Credit will be given for completion of high school or the GED® test as follows: .25 points per full year up to four years for work experience, .5 points for high school diploma and .25 points for completion of the GED® test. Official transcripts and GED® test scores, when applicable, must also be provided at the time of application.
   
  Total Tuition and Fees:
  Estimated tuition* is $440. Estimated cost of books materials and fees is $300. (*for Florida residents based on fees as of 7/03)
