  Early Childhood Education (5795)
   
  This program prepares students for entry-level employment as child care workers in private, public and family day centers. Students entering this program may be required to enroll in basic skills training after completion of 180 hours of training. Placement in basic skills instruction will be determined by their scores on the state-mandated Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE). Prospective students should be advised by a counselor before enrolling.
