  Technical Certificate
  Cisco CCNA (6273)
   
  This program includes the four courses required for the first level of Cisco certification, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). The coursework emphasizes hands-on experience with state-of-the-art equipment and uses Cisco Official Curriculum. Students who successfully complete this program will be prepared to sit for the CCNA exam. This certification is highly valued by employers who hire individuals to install and maintain computer networks, from large corporations with their own networking departments to small networking contractors.
 
  Articulations:
Students completing this program may continue in the Computer Specialist (CCNP) certificate program and/or the Computer Engineering Technology A.A.S. degree program in order to gain higher level Cisco networking skills.
 
  Requirements and Curriculum:
Work experience or prior coursework in computer repair and configuration is recommended for students entering this program.
