Earning this certification can lead to a proud
career and top pay with a commercial airline or airport, the federal
government, aircraft assembly firm, agricultural aviation, air
ambulance company or independent repair business. You will acquire
preventative maintenance skills and the ability to replace parts,
inspect aviation facilities, repair aircraft engines and perform
pre-flight maintenance and repairs.
You may be required to enroll in basic skills training. This will
be determined by your scores on the state mandated Test of Adult
Basic Education (TABE). For further information regarding testing,
