Financial Para-planner (6010)

This Financial Para-planner certificate prepares students for employment in the financial planning industry by providing the necessary skills needed to advance beyond a clerical position in a financial planner’s office. This program focuses on broad transferable skills and stresses understanding and demonstration of the following elements of the financial planning process: fundamentals of financial planning, principles of insurance, investment planning, retirement planning and employee benefits.

Articulations
All courses in this technical certificate apply to the Financial Services (Financial Planning Associate) associate degree.
