EEV 0271 Testing Equipment Used in the Electrical and Instrumentation Fields

This course introduces the student to the use of electrical and electronic instruments for the safe and accurate determination of circuit characteristics. Understanding the use of electrical and electronic instruments requires a knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of the test meters presently used in industry today. The student will also be exposed to the various manufacturers devices that are used for the measurement of power, current, voltage and resistance.
