RMI 0093 Insurance Customer Service Representative

This course leads to licensure as a 4-40 customer service representative. Successful completion of the course and final exam enable the student to obtain their license by passing the state exam normally required. The program consists of 40 hours of classroom instruction in property, automobile, workers compensation, health and all forms of property and liability insurance concepts.
