AER 2311 Electrical Systems II 4 Credit Hours
Prerequisite: AER 1310. This course is a continuation of Electrical Systems I designed to teach entry level skills in automotive electricity and electronics technology. Topics include electrical instruments and accessories, ignition systems, and service. In addition, GM-ASEP students will include GM specific instruction based on GM-STG course number 18001.11 Advanced Electronics Strategy Based Diagnostics, course number 18002.01 Truck Body Control Module, and GM course number 22008.22 GM Air Bag Systems. Both classroom lecture and laboratory will be provided. Six contact hours: four lecture hours, two laboratory hours.
