CEN 2308 Internet Client Administration — 4 Credit Hours
Prerequisite: CGS 1260. This course prepares students to support Internet client services as found in Microsoft Internet Explorer and similar products. In addition to learning concepts and standards in Internet services, students learn how to install, configure, and administer the latest Internet/intranet client software such as, web browsers and components, security mechanisms, e-mail clients, news readers, electronic meeting software, telnet clients, and file transfer software. This course consists of both lecture and hands-on components. Four contact hours.
