EET 1144 Solid-State Devices (Y) — 3 Credit Hours
Prerequisites: EET 1035 and MAC 1105. This course is an introduction to the solid-state devices and circuits encountered in present day electronic equipment. Devices covered include, but are not limited to, diodes, transistors, op-amps and thyristors. Four contact hours: three lecture hours, one laboratory hour. (CBE)
