IND 2224 Residential and Commercial Design 3 Credit Hours
Prerequisites: IND 1606, IND 2310, IND 1935 and TAR 2120. This laboratory course, designed to provide skill development in planning residential and commercial interiors from blueprints to the final assembly of all furnishings, emphasizes commercial furnishings, fabrics, building codes and fire regulations. This course also synthesizes working drawings, specifications, and competency in budgeting. Four contact hours: two lecture hours, two laboratory hours.
