REE 1040 Real Estate Principles and Practices (Y) — 4 Credit Hours
This course provides students with the fundamentals of real estate and license law under Florida statutes. It includes a study of the business and legal aspects of real estate ownership, contracts, deeds, titles, mortgage instruments, property law and Florida Real Estate commission governing policies and regulations relative to salespeople. Successful completion of this course and the end of course examination meets the Florida Real Estate Commission requirements to take the state salesperson's examination. Four contact hours. (CBE)
