of the substance abuse services in the Jacksonville area. This
is a partial list and inclusion of an organization does not imply
endorsement nor does omission imply disapproval. The information
is based on data provided by the agencies.

Hours: 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday
Area served: Duval, Baker, Clay and Nassau counties
Client eligibility: All individuals in need of services
