Prerequisite: ACG 2100. This course is a continuation of Intermediate Accounting I with coverage of the following topics: a study of corporate contributed capital, retained earnings and dividends, earnings per share, long-term debt and investments, pension plans and leases, accounting for income taxes, the statement of changes in financial position, accounting for price level changes and further statement analysis.
