CCJ 1010 Introduction to Criminology — 3 Credit Hours

The course provides a survey of deviant behavior as related to the concept and definition of crime, the concept and purposes of the law, the measurement and causes of crimes and societal reactions to criminal behavior from historical through contemporary periods. Oral presentations by students are required. Three contact hours. A.A., A.S., A.A.S.
