EST 1520 Basics of Instrumentation — 3 Credit Hours

Prerequisites: EET 1140, EST 1700 and EST 1542. Provides the students with a basic knowledge of instrumentation and how sensors are used in the manufacturing field. Topics included are principles of temperature, pressure, flow and level, and the relation ship of devices used to make these for control. Four contact hours: three lecture hours, one laboratory hour. A.S., A.A.S.
