HFT 2277 Club Operations Management — 3 Credit Hours

Prerequisites: HFT 1000 and FSS 2300. This course introduces students to the specialized field of club management. It presents club organization, characteristics of club members and committees, marketing of the club, food and beverage operations, managing the clubhouse and recreational activities. This course presents the history, the opportunities and the future of club management. Three contact hours. A.S., A.A.S.
