 Courses College Credit Courses HSC 1531 Medical Terminology (for Health Professions) — 3 Credit Hours This course is designed to provide a basic working knowl edge of medical terminology and medical abbreviations for students entering the health fields. The course will cover word analysis of the terminology for the various body systems and selected specialties, spelling of common medical terms and pro nunciation of common medical terms.
