Recommended prerequisite or corequisite: HLP 1081. This course is designed to introduce techniques for improving aerobic capacity exercises with a combination of exercise and dance set to music. Emphasis is more on movement and exer cise rather than skill. It is recommended, and in some cases may be required, that students obtain medical approval prior to participation in the course. Three contact hours: one and one-half lecture hours, one and one-half activity hours. A.A.
