The following is provided to students and employees of Florida Community College to inform them of some of the substance abuse services in the Jacksonville area. This is a partial list and inclusion of an organization does not imply endorsement nor does omission imply disapproval. The information is based on data provided by the agencies.

Function: Assesses the need for alcohol, drug abuse and mental health services to develop annual service plans to meet these needs. Referral services only.
Hours: 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday
Area served: Duval, Baker, Clay and Nassau counties
Client eligibility: All individuals in need of services
