CET 2521 Solaris Administration I — 3 Credit Hours

Prerequisite: CET 1520 or equivalent experience. Students are introduced to a UNIX operating system and learn basic commands, employ shell features, manipulate user processes, backup and restore data, perform basic functions, and trouble-shooting. Hands-on laboratories are an integral part of the course. Four contact hours: three lecture hours; one laboratory hour. A.S., A.A.S.
