 Courses College Credit Courses DIE 1204 Clinical Nutrition, Phase I — 3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: HUN 1201. This course includes a study of roles of the dietetic technician in pro-viding nutrition care to patients. Mathematical calculations, medical terminology, laboratory tests, nutrition assessments, care plans, follow up and documentation in medical records used by dietetic technicians are included.
