 Courses Adult Studies and ESL Courses SLD 0042 Literacy for Adult ESOL Learners C These courses provide English language and literacy instruction for limited English proficient adults who are non-literate or semi-literate in their native language. The content includes skills useful in the workplace, life and academic applications. Skills are integrated into reading, writing, speaking and listening formats. Emphasis will be placed on pre-literacy concepts, personal information, consumer education, health, safety, time and money concepts. This program of courses is divided into three Literacy Completion Points.
