MMC 2100 Writing for Mass Communications — 3 Credit Hours

Prerequisite: ENC 1101 with a grade of "C" or better. This course provides basic instruction and practice writing for the basic areas of the mass media. These include advertising, public relations writing, as well as news writing for both print and broadcast media. NOTE: Students should have keyboarding skills and should be familiar with computer word processing. Three contact hours. A.A., A.S., A.A.S.
