REE 1040 Real Estate Principles and Practices — 4 Credit Hours

This course provides students with the fundamentals of real estate and license law under Florida statutes. It includes a study of the business and legal aspects of real estate ownership, contracts, deeds, titles, mortgage instruments, property law, and Florida Real Estate Commission governing policies and regulations relative to salespersons. Successful completion of this course will give the student the knowledge to own and invest in real estate either for their companies or themselves. Four contact hours. A.S., A.A.S.
