The rapidly growing construction industry in Florida has intensified the need for experts in the area of residential electricity. Upon completion of this technical certificate program, you will have a basic knowledge of electrical repair or service. Expected Job Growth
The construction trades (plumber, carpenter and electrician) are on Florida’s Targeted Occupations List as high growth occupations. More than 45,000 new construction workers will be required to meet the demand for new and renovated construction in Florida over the next five years.
