Programmers are usually classified by their area of expertise, such as Java programmers, database, mainframe or Web programmers. Microsoft describes Visual Basic 6 as, “the most productive tool for creating fast business solutions for Windows and the Web.” Its the first course in Windows programming and probably the easiest software language for the Windows environment.
This technical certificate prepares you for certification as a Visual Basic programmer. Our relationship with Microsofts Developer Network Academic Alliance allows you to download a free, licensed copy of the server and developer applications, operating systems and programming languages taught in your classes.

Our graduates are regularly employed by CSX, JEA, Blue Cross Blue Shield, City of Jacksonville, Medtronic, Mayo Clinic and other regional employers including the government and military.
