CCJ 2230 Criminal Evidence and Procedure — 3 Credit Hours

This course consists of the study and examination of the criminal rules of evidence kinds, degrees, admissibility, competence and weight specifically as they affect the law enforcement officer in the processes of arrest, force, search, seizure, preservation, custody, testimony and courtroom procedures.
