 Courses College Credit Courses GEB 4891 Strategic Management and Decision Making — 3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: junior level status or above. This course emphasizes strategic planning and strategy implementation in an organization. Students learn how to perform internal and external audit, identify problems, and formulate goals and objectives. Students will develop action plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of the outcome of the plan. Case studies are used to promote decision making abilities. Three contact hours.
