 Courses College Credit Courses POS 2112 State and Local Government — 3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: Satisfactory score on reading and writing placement tests. (placement into ENC 1101) This course, consisting of a study of state and local forms of government in the United States, explores the government of Florida as an example of activities and patterns of state government. In addition, the course examines the responsibilities of local government at county and city levels. Three contact hours. A.A., A.S., A.A.S.
