Case Management (4102)
This Advanced Technical Certificate in Case Management (ATC-CM) certificate provides health professionals a comprehensive educational background in the critical aspects of case management. The program is ideal for those with a healthcare background who want to expand career options, people currently involved in healthcare, nursing or social work who want to learn more about case management, and case managers working in hospitals, ambulatory care facilities, managed care organizations, home health facilities, long-term care facilities, plus more.
The program is a 21 credit, hybrid program consisting of three core courses and three case management courses. Students are required to maintain a grade point average of 2.0. A case management practicum is required to complete the program. The course is designed to be self-paced.
