PLA 1303 Criminal Law and Procedure for Legal Assistants — 3 Credit Hours

Prerequisite: PLA 1003. This course is designed for legal assistants who want to work exclusively in criminal law and includes the sources and philosophy of criminal law, the organization of law enforcement, and substantive criminal law, rules and procedures, while emphasizing the drafting of legal documents.
