PLA 2800 Family Law — 3 Credit Hours

Prerequisite: PLA 1003. This course familiarizes practitioners and potential legal assistants with the laws and procedures relating to marriage, separation, dissolution of marriage, annulment, custody and support, adoption, name change, guardianship and paternity.
