Workforce Credit Certificate Courses
Corequisite: HCP 0001. This course is a combined course that
is required for students enrolled in Practical Nursing, Medical Assisting,
and Surgical Technology programs. It includes the following content areas:
nursing fundamentals, body structure and function, medical terminology, computer
literacy and medication administration. A forty-hour clinical component is
included to enhance basic nursing skills.
