 Courses College Credit Courses CGS 1824 Internet Foundations — 3 Credit Hours Prerequisites: CGS 1060 or CGS 1100 or CGS 1570. Corequisite: CGS 1071. This course teaches the basic hands-on skills and knowledge that an Internet professional is expected to understand and use. Foundation skills include basic knowledge of Internet technologies, network infrastructure, and Web authoring using HTML. Although this course is not a certification preparation course, it may include much of the related CIW Foundations and/or CompTIAi-Net+ certification material. Four contact hours: three lecture hours; one laboratory hour. A.S., A.A.S.
