Prerequisites: FSS 1202 and FSS 2300. This course consists of on-the-job experience supplied by the hotel/motel restaurant industries. Job placement will be dependent upon the availability of participating hospitality institutions. The course consists of 18 hours per week of on-the-job instruction accompanied by a two-hour seminar per week. Twenty contact hours: two lecture hours, eighteen field experience hours. A.S., A.A.S.
