Prerequisite: HFT 2941. This course, an extension of Hospitality Internship I, consists of on-the-job work experience supplied by the hotel, motel and restaurant industries. Students will concentrate on three specific areas or functions that are career-goal oriented. Job placement will be dependent upon availability of participating hospitality institutions. The course consists of 18 hours per week of on-the-job instruction accompanied by a two-hour seminar per week. Twenty contact hours: two lecture hours, eighteen field experience hours. A.S., A.A.S.
