CET 2675 IP Telephony — 3 Credit Hours

Prerequisite: CET 2682. This hands-on IP Telephony course focuses on the administration of software based IP telephony devices that provide a complete telephony solution. This course provides students with design details, the best practices for clustering, the various deployment options, and includes installation, upgrade information and exercises. This course also provides the student an overview of gateways and route plans. Four contact hours: three lecture hours; one laboratory hour. A.S., A.A.S.
