Prerequisites: PLA 1003 and PLA 1104. This course prepares students to assist attorneys in collection, secured transactions and bankruptcy practice. The bankruptcy study will cover both the debtor and the creditor perspective. Three contact hours. A.A., A.S., A.A.S.
