PLA 2610 Real Estate Law — 3 Credit Hours

Prerequisites: ENC 1101, PLA 1003 and PLA 1104 with a grade of "C" or better. This course introduces students to residential and commercial real estate documents, their form and contents and the mechanics of their use and contains a full legal, detailed exposition of every aspect of modern real estate transactions.
